Diversity and inclusion in the workplace is an online course offered by ESSEC Business School of France, Singapore and Morocco. The class is taught entirely in English over a period of four weeks. Through the class, students will learn how to accept the differences of others in the workplace and how to manage teams in a way that fosters diversity and inclusion. Four modules are required for the class: Diversity Perceptions, Disrupting with Diversity and Diversity and Inclusion around the World.
